Refurbished Product Warranty
All certified refurbished products sold by Twin PC Parts include:
- 90-Day Replacement Warranty
- 30-Day Refund Policy (from the date of delivery)

Manufacturer Warranty

Transit Damage Claims
If your product is damaged during shipping:
- Report the issue within 2 working days of delivery
- Provide clear images as proof of damage
All valid claims will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
Warranty Claim Requirements
For all warranty claims, customers must:
- Retain the warranty card (if applicable)
- Provide a copy of the original invoice
Failure to provide these documents may result in rejection of the claim.
